"Deathstalker"

Journey to a world of evil wizardry, mystic warriors, and violent passions... A world where only the most powerful survive. "Deathstalker" is the mighty warrior chosen to battle the evil forces of a strange medieval planet. When a king loses his empire to an evil magician (Bernard Erhard), swordfighter Deathstalker (Richard Hill) comes to the rescue, saving princess Cordille (Barbi) and the kingdom. This is certainly not one of the better sword and sorcery films. There is lots of gratuitous nudity, sex, and violence, and, although Hill does a good job of flexing his biceps, he does not portray a very likable character.

This is the first of four "Deathstalker" movies, but Barbi is participating only in this one, not in the other three. The video cover above says "Starring Playboy Playmate of the Year, Barbi Benton". That is, of course, a false statement, since Barbi never was Playmate of the Year, and not Playmate of the Month, either... She was in Playboy nude pictorials three times, and on the cover four times, but that is all, how strange as it may sound...

This movie is rated R.
