I was born in '54 and Beautiful Barbi was my first celebrity love. I am glad and blessed to
find your tribute website here. I have been through two marriages each over 10 years, but
Barbi has never been out of my mind over the years. That could explain my marital failures!
But I digress... Barbi has always amazed me from her angelic beauty to her many talents.
I love it that you have collected a record of her total accomplishments and setup this website
to celebrate her awesome being. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Very Sincerely, Daniel. Daniel <peterpiiper@yahoo.com>

If there ever was a singer that I would like to see perform live that would be Barbi Benton. I know it
will never happen again so thanx to youtube there are some performances to watch.
But hey! Maybe Barbi could still do a record like ABBA's Agnetha did! They are the same age and
both wonderful singers.
Greetings to Barbi if she reads this and I'm sure she's glad to know that there still are many fans
in this world! Marcus

Hello,
I just wanted to thank you for your website since it was through your site that I finally learned
of Barbi's CD, Kinetic Voyage, sometime in 2007 or 2008 which led to my purchasing two copies of it
-- copies which have become prized possessions in my personal music archive. Thank you so much! John <taxpro2053@yahoo.com>

Didn't Barbi star in a commercial for a resort somewhere in the Poconos or Catskills? Is there
somewhere that video is available? Thanks Curious

Barbi should have continued her singing! She was a brilliant singer and a composer as well (Kinetic
Voyage is wonderful.
I wish she would have recorded all those songs she sang on the McCloud episode. "Philadelphia freedom" and
others were just like made for her to sing.
Every cover she ever made was always much better than the original. It would have been so fantastic if
they had filmed and released her conserts! (I quess there aren't any available? That's pity).
"Ain't that just the way" was my first "big hit" and it still is one of my all time favourites.
By the way, she was a great actress too and it was always nice to see her gueststarring!

Hello,
I thought you might be interested in a couple of albums I have. They are both "Something New" by Barbi,
but though they are both on the Playboy label, the labels are different. One label is a soft multi-colored
rainbow-like label, the other is a red label with the album title written in cursive. This one also comes
with 2 promo pictures, one of the front cover and one of the back. If you are interested, get back to me
with an offer. Though I would love to keep them, I would much rather they went to someone who would truly
appreciate them. Richard <albums4sale@gmail.com>

Barbi Benton is one of the most beautiful and sexiest women ever to grace a tv show, a movie screen or

Thanks for this website! I remember loving Barbi Benton when I was a kid in the 80s and she

Hi Per, my thoughts exactly. Barbi was (is) a tremendous singer, and was never taken
seriously. I always had her 3 common LP's, but I'd never heard of Kinetic Voyage and
Ain't That Just the Way. Any idea how a guy from Canada could get these, on LP, CD or
even cassette? My favourite Barbi songs: Something New & He's a Rebel. Steve <stooge29@yahoo.com>
Belleville, ON Canada - Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at 03:48:21 (CET)
Comment: I have seen "Kinetic Voyage" now and then on eBay. This is a very unusual
album, mostly instrumental and inspired by Chinese music, and nothing at all like
her other albums. The "Ain't that just the way" album was only released in the
Scandinavian countries and may be hard to find outside of Scandinavia. I have seen
it several times on the Swedish auction site
Tradera.com, but I suppose that paying
for things can be difficult if you are outside of Sweden, unless the seller accepts
Paypal. /Per
As a teenager in the late 70s, I mostly remember Barbi in the TV show "Sugartime"...

Barbi's movies have, as far as I know, never been released on DVD. Maybe you can
find used VHS tapes on eBay. But you can find some of the TV series where she
has participated, like "Love Boat", "Fantasy Island" and "McCloud", on DVD. In McCloud
she is starring in only one episode, and that is the first episode of season six,
called "Park Avenue Pirates", in which she sang her big hit "Ain't that just the
way". That is one good reason to buy that DVD box... /Per

I have been a huge Barbi fan since she first appeared on Hee Haw as a Hee Haw
Honey. I've enjoyed her talents for so many years, her movies and her music.
Her Playboy pictorials throughout the years shows just how beautiful and classy
she really is. Barbi is in a class all by herself and nobody can even come close

you have given us and we all look forward to many, many more yet to come. I Love

OH MY GOD!!! I thought Barbi Benton was the MOST beautiful woman to ever live,
and still do. I wrote to her when I was in high school back in the 80's, and she
did send an autograph back. Sure enough, I had the opportunity to meet her at a
function here in Vegas in 2007, to which I brought the autograph to show her I kept
it framed and treasured for all these years. I was VERY pleased to find out it she
said she did sign it, and it wasn't a secretary. She was, and still is, SIMPLY
GORGEOUS!!! Capt. Thomas, U.S.M.C. <noplacelikevegas@cox.net>

Tomorrow, January 28, 2011 will mark the day Barbi turns 61 years young. Amazing how
she can refuse to age. I saw a rerun of her from the E Channel where she entertained
Hugh Hefner and his former Girls Next Door during their visit about a year or so ago.
She is as gracious off camera as she is on. Happy Birthday Barbi, and you're still one
of the most beautiful ladies on the planet. Hugh gave up better than he got, she's
